Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at angurä. We work everyday to be the fastest, easiest and practical shopping experience possible. 

All orders are shipped from our warerhouse in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal. CTT will be the partner carrier. Delivery hours take place between 8am and 7pm on working days. We usually recommend that you use your work address to make sure the package is received and collected on first attempt.

We offer free shipping to Portugal (including Azores and Madeira) and Spain (peninsular) on orders above 85€.

Taxes & duties

Due to different customs policies and import fees, angurä has no control over any costs that may be applied when an order arrives in the country of destination, and it is not possible to predict the exact amount of these fees.

If you have any questions, you should contact your local customs office before placing your order to obtain information about customs costs and their applicability.

 

Damages

angurä is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Notes

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
