For Christmas purchases made between November 26th and December 25th, we offer an extended return and exchange period.
You may exchange or return your order until January 10th, 2026.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@angurawear.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
You have the following options:
1. Free exchange in-store (Lisbon)

3. Exchange by mail
If you prefer to exchange by mail:

Shipping costs both ways are the customer’s responsibility.

Exception: If the item is defective, all shipping costs will be covered by us.
Conditions
Items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Returns

You may choose one of the following return options:
1. Free return in-store (Lisbon)
2. Free return at our warehouse (Porto)
3. Return by mail
If you prefer to return your item by mail:

Refund method
Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Please allow up to 14 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse for processing.
