By participating in this giveaway, you are accepting these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, please do not participate in this giveaway. It is the responsibility of each participant to read the terms and conditions before participating. ANGURAWEAR, LDA ("angurä") recommends that you keep a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotional event. Angurä and newve are the sponsors of this promotional event.

1. What does the prize include?

The giveaway will be conducted where 1 (one) winner will have the opportunity to win 1 sweatshirt, 1 cap, and 1 pair of sneakers. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. The prize is subject to winner confirmation (meaning that angurä will contact the winners and confirm their eligibility). Angurä reserves the right to exchange, change, or remove the promotional event or the prize at any time, in the event of a change in Portuguese legislation or circumstances beyond its control. Angurä is not responsible for any delay, cancellation, or modification in the prize delivery. If the winner does not wish to or fails to claim the prize for any reason, angurä is not obliged to replace it with an alternative prize.

2. What is not included in the prize?

Any expenses related to the prize (including product returns) will be the responsibility of the winner. Currently, shipping to Madeira and the Azores is not available.

3. Who can participate?

Participants must be 18 years or older. Participants should only attempt to enter the draws through the angurä and newve accounts. Angurä reserves the right to request proof of age from the winners. Employees of ANGURAWEAR, LDA (https://www.angurawear.com), their relatives, involved agencies, and any other company directly related to this promotional event are excluded from participating. Angurä reserves the right (at its discretion) to decide if the requirements are met. Angurä is not responsible for any lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries that cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

4. How to participate?

Participants, to be eligible to win the draw, must like the post, follow angurä (@angurawear) and newve (@newve.pt), and mention two accounts in the comments. Entries with brand or public figure mentions will not be considered.

5. Duration of the Giveaway

The giveaway will start at 12:00 PM on December 15, 2023. It will end at 11:59 PM on December 22, 2023. Any entries received after the end of the giveaway period will be excluded.

6. How will the winners be chosen?

Winners will be randomly drawn on February 23, 2022. The decision of angurä is final and binding on all participants. No information will be sent regarding the selection of winners (except to the winners themselves). Winners will be notified via private message on the Instagram platform. The prize must be accepted within 48 hours, or new winners will be chosen for the draw. If the winner does not communicate acceptance within 48 hours after contact via private message on Instagram, angurä and newve reserve the right to disqualify and select another winner (in accordance with the procedure established in this clause). The first winner will be considered to have waived their right to the prize.

7. Responsibilities of the winners

Winners must: (i) organize and pay for all costs not included in the prize; (ii) complete all steps in the "How to participate?" section mentioned above and provide corresponding evidence when requested; (iii) provide correct contact information; (iv) present a valid identification document showing that they are of legal age, a mandatory requirement to participate in the draw; (v) comply with the laws in force in Portugal; (vi) comply with any standard, instruction, requirement, deadline, and condition or rule of the event organizer. Angurä and newve are not responsible if the winners, or any other individuals, fail to meet the mentioned responsibilities, resulting in disqualification from the giveaway.

8. Advertising

By participating in the giveaway, the winner may be invited to participate in advertising at the request of angurä. Participants agree that angurä and newve (or a third party designated by JD Sports) may, at their sole discretion, use their comments about the prize and experience for future advertising purposes in any media without prior notice and without financial compensation (neither by angurä nor by third parties). The use of images or other personal data that may identify the participant is subject to their consent. Angurä and newve reserve the right to withdraw the prize (in whole or in part) if the winner has violated any of these terms and conditions, or if the winner has acted dishonestly or fraudulently.
